Cruz’s public art passion began in 1992.
While still in college, Cruz worked on several public projects. Seen here, presenting her design of an 11 foot wooden archway to a local artist who would facilitate. The arch welcomed visitors to a town's annual cultural public event, ushering visitors into an experience. Cruz also painted several free standing life-size characters for the outdoor children's story book area.

Wood to Walls
Nature, figure, pattern, and typography are some of Cruz’s subjects. From realism to abstract. Stain work is done on interior wooden walls and accents, in brown hues or vibrant colors.
